We collect your name, contact, project location, specifications and optional attachment to prepare an offer. This does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Storage and access
Enquiries and attachments are stored on our hosting service outside public folders. Access is restricted to authorised staff. Successful storage returns a reference number.

Analytics and advertising
Optional analytics and advertising, when configured, require your consent. You can decline and still use the form. Privacy preferences may be stored in your browser.
WhatsApp and external services
WhatsApp opens an external service. You review and send the message yourself. The provider’s privacy terms apply.
Legal grounds and your rights
FIRKUS Sp. z o.o. controls the data on firkus.be, firkus.de, firkus.nl and firkus.com. Enquiries and steps towards a contract use Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; business correspondence, security and claims use legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f); legal obligations use Article 6(1)(c). Optional analytics or advertising use consent under Article 6(1)(a). Contact information is needed to reply; attachments are optional. No automated decision with legal effects is made.
Hosting and retention
OVHcloud hosts the site and private enquiry records. Cloudflare provides DNS and, where enabled, traffic protection and delivery. Necessary IT and professional service providers may access relevant data. Technical logs can include IP addresses, timestamps and browser data. Enquiries are kept while handling the matter, then for any applicable legal obligations or claim limitation periods; unnecessary records should be deleted. Logs and backups follow security purposes and rotation cycles. Providers may process data outside the EEA using applicable adequacy decisions or contractual safeguards; contact us for details.
Language and browser storage
The generic entry page uses browser language and, where available, an approximate country signal from Cloudflare. A manual language choice is saved in the firkus_language cookie for up to one year. Privacy preferences use localStorage until changed or cleared; campaign data uses sessionStorage only after advertising consent. The delivered configuration has no analytics or advertising IDs enabled. You can change language in the menu and remove stored preferences through browser settings.
Your choices
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email [email protected].
